Its never been as much of a luck o meter as a risk o meter! You can spend all day making 2 + 3 die blocks and because you are not taking as much risk you meter reading stays low.
The main thing though is that no matter what anybody comes up with, you will never get something accurate and that everybody likes untill it includes where the good/bad die occur.
For instance you can have good die all game! but the one time it matters your pass/dodge goes wrong and you faill to score! (big game chaning results!
However you could be in a one turn drive at the end of your half with no game turning possibites and you could get all the pows you like and Ko/stunn all 11 players but somebody would still complain! (little or no game result effect)
Or you could be in a situation where you ag 5 passer with SH fails to pick up a ball (or is that just mine?) in your half of the field! the opposition cant reach him or the ball. (little or no effect) but if your playing pesky skavens for eg and there 1 turner can pick up the ball and the score (Massive effect)
After all that waffle what im saying is its not how much/little luck Nuffle gives you! But more importantly where on the and when nuffle give you his blessing or his wrath!
