Biggest omission: Kick is the best doubles for a normal goblin. It'll let you steal lots of TDs on teams that fail pickup rolls. It's twice as valuable if you happen to get an AG4 goblin. Nothing beats scoring a TD on a Blitz! kickoff result.

@PsyPhiGrad as I state in the playbook, this is how I would do it to optimize your chances of winning, hopeing for a Blitz.. well I wont take a skill just for that. And while kick is still nice... so is having a team on the pitch, so I would go for Block always for the long hole (also you cant score a TD on the blitz anymore since the ball has not landed yet)

Kick is not just for a Blitz! It's just extra delightful when it happens. It's a proven game winner for failed pick up rolls. This happens a lot. I've won a bunch of games because I was able to kick deep and steal a score when my opponent chose not to burn a RR on a pickup.

Not only does it help you steal wins, it also really hurts slow teams get started. Again, it'll help you win WAY more games than a single block skill on a goblin ever will.

I am a big kick fan... and by all means get it... but I dont think their is room on a gobo team :)

It should be obvious to everyone that Niebling is an enemy of FUMBBL and true, pure Blood Bowl! ANYONE who recommends firing a player simply because he becomes way more costly than he is worth is vile and contemptible slug who is gaming the system!

nnaaaaa.... kidding.... real nice guide! More pictures would be nice, but maybe I've been spoiled by those other guides.

I have Played Goblins ALOT, not just on good old Fumbbl.
When building a Goblin Team, You must have a plan. Any Double skill it's a great skill.
The Kick Off Return it's relly good, if you have to make the one turner...

Great focus on the book but not too short either. A joy to read.

You write to hope for a lucky bounce on the bomb but if I'm not mistaken, the bomb doesn't bounce.

@Beerox I think your against AV because your thinking BB where evrryone has claw.. so yes in the box it might not be a good idea... but else an av8 gobo is really nice trust me
