I find my self at my parents place. They have fast and free Internet provided by my moms work. Only drawback is that it is heavily restricted as to what sites and services you can use. For instance normal irc chat does not work and neither does the Fumbbl java chat.

Mibbit is the solution

Just type in your nic and press the server type in the fumbbl chat server irc.fumbbl.com and vola! it works with most normal irc commands.

Check it out it might help you if you have trouble getting into the Fumbbl chat.
And things goes much easier if you are in chat
