This attack (and all the other attacks before it) cannot be blamed on Muslims, Islam, or even religion in general. They were carried out by individuals, who were part of a misguided group of fanatics that use religion as a justification for violence. I think this has been made clear a million times before, but as you and others do not get tired of trying to tie these attacks to a whole group of people that has nothing to do with them, but in fact openly condemns them, I will not get tired of pointing out how wrong you are with that kind of claims.
If you feel like discussing this more (again) I would suggest PM or a thread in the general topic; no need to spam this blog that is all about expressing our grief about the victims of this latest terrorist act.

Terrible, attrocious attack. It is definitely true that muslims/Islam should not be blamed for this. But of course the terrorists do claim and almost certainly even wrongly believe they are strict muslims. There should be more publicity worldwide on what the real meanings of Jihad are, such as the struggle within oneself to be a good person. It seems so many people can be persuaded the wrong way by convincing speakers.

Clearly speed limits are useless. We should drop them. Or perhaps France ought to drop speed tickets and reinstate the death penalty.
