11th game : Stupid Awesomeness

And I just played my most awesome match yet. Thanks Pineapple! My Highpaws got challenged by a goblin team with 2 trolls, even though they had handicap. Trolls throwing goblins is AWESOME. As a bonus, I won 3-0 and got skills on both runners and my SV.
What did I learn today?
- That there's someone who doesn't like me writing or something. I went to edit my past blog to see they had 1 rating, at 1 :s
- Throwing teammates is AWESOME. Hungry trolls make this even better!
- Throwing teammates is totally unreliable, apparently limited to 1 per turn, and can quickly change the play.
- Really Stupid. :)
- I'm doing better, but I need to think about my players' extra skills better, especially since they're starting to multiplicate.
- I'm startng to forget to play non-dice players before dice-relying players.
- Even though I pretty much only rely on learning the in-game system so far, I WILL need to learn about team advancement (skills, rating, other stuff) eventually.
Now to make brand new teams for Koadah's 100TR stuffs.
EDIT : both new teams made, 1 using my traditional style, 1 using 2 SV, 4 GRs and then only liners.
Also, I still need to see Kick in action. Foodsnatcher missed his 3rd game in a row, being 0/3 since he got Kick.
EDIT2 : gave Foodsnatcher a bio. Also : I can only view my 10 most recent blog posts. Need to find a way to see older ones.

Everything balanced for me luck wise...
Simple things like picking up a ball: FAILED
Getting Snap/blitz on EVERY [whatever it’s called when the teams are rearranged after a touchdown]: SUCCESS
Throwing the ball carrier ridiculously far, and having a perfect landing even though he’ll not be able to reach the endzone: SUCCESS
Oh, and yes, I am the 2nd and 7th game orc player and yes, I kind of suck... Hopefully I’ll improve though!

Ya, I get those luck streaks too sometimes. Meh, it happens, anything that requires a roll can win or fail.
I think it's called kick-off. I call it Kick.
Don't worry about improving, that's bound to happen! And we got about 10-20 games played, many players have hundreds of games of experience behind them.
And good idea about posting the links to games in the blog. I'm adding game reports too BTW.

I'm rereading all your blogs because I've missed some here and there, and it's a nice read. Oh, and I've decided to put 6 everywhere to counterbalance the 1 you received ;)
