NAF-FUMBBL Collaborations: Changing Hands (again!)
Wotcha, peeps.

A short while ago Purplegoo was eager for a (well deserved!) break from administering the NAF-FUMBBL tournaments here. It took a while to find a replacement, and I stood up mostly because there wasn't anyone else who could do it at the time. I had turned it down once originally, but when Sann looked at me with those big puppy dog eyes and scuffed a downtrodden boot on the dusty pavement, my heart grew three sizes that day and I offered to help.

Since then, the TT league I run has expanded, and I'm running two TT tourneys now, while still doing the podcast/blog and the NAF newsletters. I don't have the time to dedicate to the NAF-FUMBBL tourneys that I had originally hoped I would, and I think they deserve someone who can not just do it because someone needs to do it, but someone who can take the time and effort required to make them spectacular.

With that in mind, PGoo, myself and a lovely chap called Strider84 have been chatting, and Strider is henceforth going to take over the same role that I took over from Purple, ie running the NAF tourneys on FUMBBL. He had been approached for this job before, but at the time couldn't commit. Thankfully, his circumstances have changed. He's raring to go, and already has some exciting plans.

So, thank you Strider84! I look forward to seeing what you're going to bring us :)

I'd still like to run the Speedbowl, so keep an eye out for that.

That's all for now. See you on the pitch!

Does that mean Strider isn't going to head up the NAF - Blood Bowl 2 collaborations? He'd expressed interest in doing that, too. =)

Yeah i need to have a chat with mike on that. LE beta looks like it could handle it now, though a lot of manual checking will be needed
