No, you did nothing wrong.
It's even against the rules to agree to a no stalling pact before the match starts.

You did nothing wrong. Stalling is perfectly legal and agreeing not to stall is illegal.

You should report him to an admin. He is cheating, both by trying to ask you not to stall and by dropping out of matches without conceding. Guys like that are a threat to Fumbbl and should be banned. I also see he has played a bunch of matches here, so it's not a new guy.

What they all said. If someone does this to you, report them, the admins will deal with it.

Awww you got blacklistet by him. You can just put in your profile that you wont play players that black list you, then everything is good again

I hope you file a support ticket about this, as the behavior of your opponent is against site rules, and he also induced you to play against site rules as well.
If you file a support ticket, admins can take appropriate action, including to warn your opponent against similar actions in the future. You will be doing FUMBBL a service, as his future opponents will be spared similar behavior.

Quite impressive that someone that drops when stalled against managed to play 2000+ games
Posted by BattleLore on 2010-11-25 13:01:31
It's much more impressive, that, after 2000+ games, he doesn't realize, that it's HIS fault if somebody stalls and not theirs :-D. Some other would call this lousy defense.
Posted by BattleLore on 2010-11-25 13:05:41
And chaoszwerg2001, it's quite impressive to play 200+ games in less then two month and not being Emphasy :-D

Hallo Wolfgang, ich würde gerne wissen, ob und wenn wie dein "Mitspieler" bestraft wurde.

It must have been an ffb-game.
Thus, at least to my understanding, the standard site rules regarding concessions, bug abuses, mutual agreements etc. don't apply, as both teams are gonna be deleted anyway.

You did nothing wrong. Your oponent is a waste of fumbbl bandwith.
Posted by Ancre on 2010-11-25 16:43:18
You've been here for two months, and played more games than me ! Eeek :D
Your opponent was very wrong to do this. But he's an exception, a lot of the people here are quite nice :)

Had the same experience yesterday. I was playing my already very nimble Lizard team vs. dwarfs. We agreed on playing fair. But as i scored two TD's in the first half, my opponent fouled my with the ref on his side, at least 9-10 times. I played the second half with only 5 players left. 1 killed two si and many BH.
I asked him to stop fouling at least my skinks as i intended to play this team further but he mocked me. I said sth. bad but appologised immediatly. And the game went on for the last half, where i could hold the 2-2.
So probably he was right fouling me cause he could score again. But i think it is a bit sad, that the game got like this as i can retire this team now with a sad heart.
