Khemri: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ancient_Egyptians
Necro/Nurgle/Undead: http://www.seventhsanctum.com/generate.php?Genname=evilnamer (this includes options like Decayed/Necrotic, Disgusting/Putrid, Death affinity, Ghostly, Horrific/Unspeakable, Undead, and Oozing/Slimy to help you tailor the names to the relevant teams)
Slann: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Mexico-Tenochtitlan_rulers (and the 'See also' section at the bottom of the page has 3 more similar pages)

For Slann I use the Twi'lek setting on this name generator http://donjon.bin.sh/scifi/name/#star_wars
And for either Undead or Necro you could try this name Generator: http://www.seventhsanctum.com/generate.php?Genname=vampnamer.

Kate Monk's onomastikon is a great source for names.
For Khemri, you can get proper ancient egyptian names from the above.
Necromantic or Undead I "undeadify" names of dead players from my other teams, sometimes adding a team theme as well. (Voodoo, etc)
For Nurgle I use standard chaos sounding names with a mix of descriptive names referring to disease rot or decay. Usually in two name descriptive last name, two name non-descriptive, one name, name "the" adjective pattern. Unless I use a theme, for example, I have one named after fruit fly mutations.
Slann I do one of two things, a mix of ancient Central American names from the onomastikon, with or without parts of scientific names for frogs. Or, I do an outer space theme with them. I currently have a Slann team named after the brightest stars. (The old descriptive names, Betalgeuse, Alkaid, Pollux, etc)
