A Break from Pro Elves
I've just got to put my Pro Elf teams on the shelf for a while, I've lost the ability to win with them. Man I suck coaching elves at the moment. Awful, just awful! I keep making obvious positioning errors and finding spectacular ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory... or maybe the mandibles of draw.
Time to switch back to a stretch of bash, me thinks. Should I reactivate my Chaos Dwarves - they are fun when you develop some nice Bulls? Undead, haven't played them in CRP yet? Practice positioning with Dwarves? Totally lame it and coach Nurgle or Chaos in the Box? What? Tell me!

If you really ask - ofc nobody with a head and a heart would want you to play chaos, cds or nurgle.
Im voting for undead because im superflying objective in general and also because it gives me more chances to spec decent undead coaches.

Humans are a good call. They are unforgiving and challenging, but there is a great community to support them (especially in the box). I can't in good faith suggest anyone play CDs, ever, but UD are forlorn still...

If you need help with positioning, go with dwarves. But Undead would be a good team to practice your overall game with.

It sounds like you need a few WINS.
Rookie Undead ought to get that done for you.
Plus by going to a mainly AG2 team you won't be too tempted to play like Elves getting you the break from Elves.
And no G access on the Mummies makes them a slightly different player.

I did this a while ago too, I was so bad with the pelves (still am)... and sick of column defence and waiting for the mistakes. Stalling with them is sooo difficult imo.

Wasn't one of your 'poll' options but as some have said humans do fit to your needs somewhat ... they can be bashy and/or bally depending on your build and since they can always fail you need to be careful and have a plan C (A and B won't work). Also meta groups .. you love them, and having something to compete for gives the games a meaning .. it's not just another casual one but part of your sprint.

Go Undead, they are strong and rewarding straight out of the box, and you'll be missing AG4 before long, as I can tell you from experience. ;-)
Once you're fed up with the clumsiness of AG3 ball handling, go Dark or Wood Elves for a while, they're different enough from Pro (and stronger).
OR you could play Stunties, which can do wonders if what's bothering you is losing games you ought not have lost. Because there are no such games with Stunties. ;-)

3 Big Guy pact can be a challenge.
Undead are a bit vanilla, but if you feel it, do it.
