Nuffle Ecclesiastical Academies League

A college football league.

Rules changes from normal:

(1) Initial team budget 850K
(2) Teams may start with 8 players (+3 journeymen in first game)
(3) All players from the 0-12 or 0-16 position plus a Maximum of ONE player per team from the 0-1 to 0-6 positions
(4) No Star Players may be induced
(5) Tighter college administration represented by Spiralling costs starting at 150K with 150K steps
(6) Claw does NOT stack with other skills, we're not killing freshmen here.
(7) Maximum FOUR skills per player, anyone better gets drafted to the pros.
