A very weird game...neither side really wanting to win, because to win means facing a monster chaos team in the Fumbbl Smack Legend Final. Yet, here we are scoring like mad, killing each other, for the right to advance and be maimed even harder? Sometimes bloodbowl is a very weird game indeed...

Thanks to the absolute pasting I got at the hands of dwarves in round 1, I was forced to rely quite heavily on my OTS more and more as the game progressed. I hate that, but dangit, I didn't enter this tourney with the intent to simply give up when things got hard, but to do whatever it took to win! (Of course, I entered the tourney at 260/240, and was thinking myself quite a bit stronger than I am currently, but that's another matter...)

We probably should've won in regulation and not needed overtime, but silly me missed a passblocker and did an unneeded pass for spp instead of a handoff for the score to go up by 2. Elves took it, tied the score instead, sent it to OT, where it was score forf score and only a coinflip allowed the rats the "honor and priviledge" of facing the chaos in the final. Yay, team.

We who are about to die, salute you!
