The first half saw the elves a little wayward in their offence, which was capped with a fumbled throw which would have seen them score. Not wanting to risk a lot with all these high agility players the DRW bade their time before attempting to gather it up and try for the score. It worked well for us, being able to remove some key players before opening a hole in the adjusting defence of the elves. with a bit of effort we made it home for the defensive TD late in the half.

Having removed some big threats the second half was a matter of playing it safe, After closing on the ball we attempted to beat down the elves until it was safe enough to attempt another scamper, which it turn out it was and we got away with a rare 2 TD win.

The win was soured a little with the winnings, clearly our fan base is from the blue collar end of town. Dig deeper you ingrates.
