| Tarmo was only 7 when the raiders had come and torched his village, a strange mixture of races, their features had blurred over time, and besides he had been hiding beneath the floorboards of his parents cottage at the time, luckily having time to hide when the figures of the raiders had broken the line of the horizon before they reached the buildings. One thing he did remember however was the strange tatto they all seemed to carry, although it seemed to be on different locations of their body, it seemed almost identical on each one. It was now 12 years after that horrible event, and most of those years he had spent tracking the killers down with limited success until last year. He had finally found, more by chance than anything else a drunk named Nathanael in Marienburg and had seen once again that tattoo from the past. Overpowering the drunk had been easy, and before he died, he admitted there had been 11 more on that raid, and they had all been part of a failed bloodbowl team, and while most had gone on to other teams, he had chosen to quit the sport. For a few months Tarmo had tried to get a close look at various teams players, but the security around them was always too tight and in the end he conceded the only way he would be able to track the killers down was to form his own team, and offer a bonus to the players for each tattoo on the oppostion they could identify while playing them |
