Skumsville isn't what is used to be. I mean, it was always a garbage town, but now it's even worse. Rats and Goblins running through the streets, looting, attacking, bumming smokes off unsuspecting passersby. The only partial bright spot in the town are the Cretins. They may have only won a total of one game prior to this season, and even that wasn't legit (ref was killed), they are an up and coming squad that can hopefully bring Skumsville back up to garbage town status.
