• Implicitly Excluded Skills
• Pro and Negatraits - Pro works when activating while standing no matter if confused or not, but not when on the ground. It's the difference between "before any action" vs. "during their activation". So, because when prone, it is an "action" to stand up, you cannot use the pro skill... but when already standing, "during their activation" they un-stupid and then need to roll to see if they re-stupid (which occurs before an action.
