6 Plaguebearers gives you good pitch control, especially with FA on all your players. Starting with 7 Nurglings means you can use Swarming from game 1 to get an extra 2 players on the pitch which also helps with pitch control. 2 Re-rolls is all you can get while maxing out on Plaguebearers. This is tricky to manage, especially as your team does not have good ball carriers. Monstrous Mouth means handing off to Plaguebearer is possible. Also Blocking is risky with this team as well. As they start with no Block.

This is a conservative approach with Re-rolls, however you lose a lot of pitch control by dropping a Plaguebeaer. 3 re-rolls makes managing the Blocking and ball handling easier. Nurglings gives you more effective Swarming from the off, though they are very squishy so you could find your self losing that advantage pretty quick.

The Big Guy build. This is similar in efficacy to variation one, and has similar strengths and weaknesses, you have 1 extra Nurgling which is good for Swarming, and you have the Big Guy which is good for pitch control. But you lose 2 Plague Bearers.
