Starting with 2 RR is a little risky, but it is all you can really afford if you want to start with all your positionals (minus one thrower). You have 4 players with block so you should be able to cope with 2 re-rolls fairly easily and your team has mostly av9 so don't waste re-tolls on failed blocks early on, because your players can take the beating.
