This is a fairly conservative build for Valkyries. The Ogre is the most reliable big guy both in terms of their negatrait which is the easiest to manage, but also in terms of their Av and Thick Skull, which makes them the most useful Big Guy in this roster. The team has a lot of punch in it's blanket Block. The Ogre is needed as an anchor for the team, to tie up opposing players and also take hits to alleviate pressure on the rest of your team. They are also useful in tricky match ups against high St teams such as Orcs. Get your Catchers Blodged up asap, they are the real stars of the team.
You could drop a RR for an Apothecary for a more reliability in terms of attrition, but slightly less reliability in other areas of the game. You do have Block on almost every player however so you should rarely need to Re-roll a Block.
This build is the same as variation 1 except for the Yheti instead of the Ogre. This change is only really worth considering if you are playing in a league or environment in which there are a lot of Av10+ teams. The Ogre is much more reliable and important for this team, but Yheti does give you a good weapon against high Av.

This build is the same as variation 1 except for taking the Stone Troll rather than the Ogre. The advantages of this are the roster is 5k cheaper and the Stone Troll comes with Iron Hard Skin and Regeneration, which are useful for a road block type player. They lack Thick Skull however and Really Stupid is a worse negatrait than Bone Head in that it is more difficult to keep the big guy in the game.
