I have tryed to edit the player icons for my team. Changing the color of ther shoulder pads and trousers. But after compleeting it. They all had black squares, and not transparant.
So my question is: How do I make it transparant?
I used ACD Editor 3.1
Or what probram shoud I download in order to make them transparant. |

I recommend using the GIMP. Not only is it free, it is simple to use. It shows transparency as a checkered background and is easy to distinguish from the icon. Just open up an existing icon in the GIMP, convert it to RGB Mode (Image > Mode > RGB Mode), make your edits and save. Presto! Perfect icons!
You can find the required downloads for Windows here. If you use something besides Windows go to http://www.gimp.org and find your operating system. Be sure to download both the Gimp and GTK+. The GIMP required the GTK+ Libraries to run.
Good luck! |

Thanks alot BloodbasherMasher... GIMP did it. It was mutch easyer to work with than the edit tool that I had. Although it took a while before I figured out what to do. |
