I played tonight with skinks - didn't like the lack of icons, so I've knocked some up. I redid the Adept too - he was a bit yellow. I've used the normal skinks for, um, skinks, and the whiptail is pretty much a normal un-helmeted skink.
I've still got karazara to do though.

Very little difference between Icons, looks good but I need vastly different icons. |

Agreed. They look pretty nice and they all look like skinks.... but mostly they all look the same (not easy for quick recognition).
Edit: I just figured out the code. Look at the helmets people. Ok, if I know the code then they are easy enough to pick out. |

Yeah, there wasn't a lot else to modify other than helmets, knives and claws. I mean, they're too little to distinguish otherwise. The only other options I saw were to have them different colours - or maybe add a bit of armour, but I didn't think that fitted with them being stunties. And lots of colours might just get a bit too confusing.
'Course a better artist than me might try different body poses... |

A nurgling at 149 spp, it must be a 4vs4 team to get that high surely. |

Does the game recognize in any way which players are freebooters? In that case, how? |

When you freeboot a player, you can give him a name; at the end of your icons.ini file, add this with your freebooter name and the icon you wants him to get, like if you want one special player to get one special icon:

Fixed up some skink ones of my own (for some of my superstar skinks in League, plus an extra):

Do I understand this correctly, when I say that opponents wont be able to see custom icons in-game? That would require some kind of sync between the icons.ini files on the respective computers. |

Yeah, you got it. Mostly the ones I made there (for example) are for my own reference so I can keep track of my AG5 and ST4 skinks. |

I make icons for my own reference, for example, to keep track of which linemen have actually got block. Sometimes there are some funny results - today I was speccing a game that had the same name as one of my players, so there was an amazon thrower displayed as a claw beastman
Is it possible to restrict the custom icon to only work on a particular team? |
