Wow, amazing tool which worked pretty well at installation time but now something seems wrong as i can't get logged in to fumbbl when using firefox.
I've tried to delete the script to no avail.
Back to the usual windows internet explorer solved the logging problem but addios nice link.
Am i the only one facing this problem? |

- Install firefox. Now using fiefox (no use trying to install the stuff using internet explorer or other):
- install greasemonkey (link in first post).
- Restart firefox
- install the script (go to link in first post and click the 'install script' link on the right) |

I doubt this is an issue with greasemonkey or the script (its possible I guess). You can't login with firefox at all? |

Yep, that's what I did (I use Firefox anyway). When I "install script" it simply downloads a *.js file to my desktop. |

Maybe you need to turn greasemonkey on. If its installed there should be little monkey icon bottom right. If he's grey and sad then its turned off. Click him to turn greasemonkey on. When you install script it should popup an install dialogue. |

I came to think that could not this script handle say showing recently played games within a group on the group page? Would be cool if you could for example show a little box with results from the last 7 days (eg. like the box that floats up when you highlight the IG button) at the top of the group, for league games and tournaments etc. |

Opera has userscript functionality that is mostly compatible with greasemonkey. With a (fairly limited) greasemonkey compatibility library and by turning of cacheing in the script, you can get it to work:
- To enable user JavaScript, use Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Content > JavaScript options, and select the directory where you will put your User JavaScript files.
- Save the following file to the directory you selected above (greasemonkey compatibility library):
http://www.howtocreate.co.uk/operaStuff/userjs/aagmfunctions.js
- Save the Spectate Links script to the directory:
http://userscripts.org/scripts/source/28719.user.js
- Edit the Spectate Links script, line 37 to
var cache_game_data_timeout = 0 ;
With the cacheing its faster and more efficient in Firefox, but this should work just fine |

Fantastic, thank you very much for this.
Id really love an option (or explanation) to change the buddylist back to be below recent games.
Btw, does this script work on gamefinder page? would make sure i never ran into someone playing 2 games at once again. |
