Ok.
The question sums it up but here is what I am considering right now:
I prefer a mutation if only because I have none in my team. The single one I had was killed and apoth failed.
Anyways; here is what I think;
Stand Firm; he is going to dodge more often and this way he cannot cause a turnover when failing. Very nice, very useful.
Pass; Nothing wrong with a ST4 passer I'd say.
Accurate; same idea but rely on re rolls.
Foul Appearance; 16% of all blocks/blitzes are wasted plus I like Nurgle plus I prefer a mutation. But most of all I like Nurgle.
Very Long Legs; MA6 warrior with AG4 sounds good to me. Add a future pass block...
The rest of the team:

What do you think and why? |

Two Heads. 2+ dodges into TZ. ST 4. Super-blitzer. It works. Trust me I had AG 4 and Two Heads on a beastman myself - plus Block and Tackle. Dodge through any net or into a cage and ambush the ball-carrier. |

I'd prolly go with either Dodge or maybe even Spikes - he'll be a primary target after all.
Pass is rather worse than Accurate. |

Dodge for me. Stand Firm might be tempting though.
He's far too slow for Accurate (or even Pass) IMO. |
