Small question: beside clicking on the link in this thread, how does one navigate to the 'Blackbox Central' page? |

Go to #fumbblblackbox and it should be in the topic there. |

You can set it as a link thingy on your personal menu if you go to account, then change home page. For example, if you just add:
Code: | <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=blackbox">Blackbox Central</a> |
That should work
Edit: You might have to click "enable personal menu" as well... |

This issue has been fixed. Your number should be considerably higher. |

good to see I got a nice spread of often picked and not so often picked races there (Orc, Dark Elves, Human, Pro Elves)
and also good that a guy from our IRL league is in the top 10 |

Im happy about the changes especially the rr changes in the formula.
The list isnt very impressive though, since most of the guys on that list would never have won so many games unless they were abusing the weakness of the ts formula to the Max...(in a month or two we will see who really belongs on that list)
so for now.. no cheers from me. |

Even if you discount TS optimisers as morons who found a cheat you are still left with plenty of deserving coaches on that list. Flix, Jaim, Azure, f0rd, rondo, Lycian, Plorg, and Frikipe all got there with normal teams... no cheers for them? |

I know a couple of them to be extreamly good coaches, and they know who they are.
also the other guys know who they are, so I dont see the problem.
But Ill hold my cheers for a month or two anyway, so I can congratulate all, and that means you too, if you still are on the list. |

Mh, strange, my BWR changed after the 3rd game with my Pro Elfs...
Perhaps it's just the first game that doesn't count in [B]? Any other experience on that? |

To clear up some confusion:
- Handicap rolls are included in the formula. For each handicap roll a team gets, its actual TS is increased by 5.
- BWR and BBR are updated if both teams have played at least one (1) match before the reported game.
- Racial factor is included in the formula |

For techincal reasons, the history of BBR/BWR isn't recorded at this point. If you wish to verify the formula, please keep track of the following information:
- BWR and BBR of both coaches prior to the game
- TS of both teams prior to the game
- TR of the teams (or in essence the number of handicaps)
- Racial factor, taking the TS brackets of both teams into consideration
- BWR and BBR of both coaches after the game
Note that the racial factor updates in real time and may cause some minor differences to any calculation you make (unless you manage to read the factors just before your match is reported). |
