I'll have to do both then.
The mockups are definitely a long-term thing from my perspective. Something to look at once the serious stuff is taken care of. Most of what I am thinking about changing is also intended to move as little as possible around the screen as well. |

Back to Version 0.5.4:
Anyone used Hypnotic Gaze yet?
Anyone got a High Kick Kickoff-Result?
How do you like the popups for Kickoff-Results? |

I agree with whatball on the location of the dice combined with the dice popping up.
Also the kickoff popup disappears perhaps a tad to fast O_o dunno if it's different from comp to comp. I mean.. i am able to read it, but.. almost not |

On1: the popup disappears once the player concerned hits "ok". The player concerned is the player that gets the Blitz, the Perfect Defense, the Quick Snap or the High Kick. On results that concern both players (all the rest) the one who hits it first makes it disappear. That could be changed, but is according to the behaviour of other popup dialogs in the game. |

I swear I was able to click it as a spectator last night. It came up and my first instinct was to click as I was just logging on. It was only up briefly so either my timing was exactly the same as the player(s), or I closed their message. |

Next up: griefing!
I will try to grab the pop up and move it around so they can't click the ok button. |

Spectators get the ok and clicking it will make the dialog disappear for this spectator only |

Couldn't agree more. Persistent dugouts would improve the interface a lot, in my opinion. |

The first time i tried the new client, I played two games. My opponent told me how to use the automove function (kudos).
Moving back to the old client to play some blackbox, I found myself instinctively pressing the final destination for my players and go "aw, crap, no automove!!". Just after two games!
Automove is an awesome feature!
Have a feeling it will significantly increase the potential number of matches here at Fumbbl. |
