As a noob I must ask, why is there no non-chaotic halflings playing, goblins at least get the cheater team although I don't see why they shouldn't have both the normal and the cheater team too?
Enlighten me. |

Not sure why, but would love to see a variant of the Halfling roster back in Stunty. We need a few more 'good' teams. I'd also like to see a very weak (lower AV/ST) elf-like team with 4AG in Stunty. Considering the penalties for Passing in Stunty, an elf-like team would be a nice variant. |

The basic reason is that it was decided that the normal teams shouldn't be in Stunty Leeg, as part of the effort to make Stunty Leeg unique and stand on it's own. Then slightly modified versions of those teams (chaos halflings and goblin cheaters) were built to represent those teams with a minimum of change. Of course, these teams (especially the halfling) don't nescessarily capture the exact same flavour of the original teams - so other teams (mostly goblinish) were created, while no other halfling stunty team ever actually seemed to get off the ground. |

Heh yeah there isn't really much to say about halflings except that they eat a lot and suck at bloodbowl, the basic team pretty much captures them perfectly. |

+1 for a "low elves" team and elfballing AG4 in stunty leeg. |

Yes, I picture the team being very weak to offset the AG4 in Stunty.
Not big on rehashing Pixies. Are low-Elves a GW fluff-compliant race? Pardon my ignorance on the GW world. |

um...nelphine....with all due respect, halflings & goblins were removed long before you joined the site...
how exactly would you know why they were removed?...
cheaters & cflings existed at the same time as goblins & flings...
in fact, i'm not 100% but i think cheaters & cflings are some of the original batch of stunty teams...

for clarification, from 2007 when christer did his revamp of the league
Christer wrote: | I intend to remove the plain goblins and the halflings. It's too complicated with respects to [L] to have these teams around. I get too many complaints about [L] flings and gobbos not being the same as in Stunty, and it's not an option to have two rosters with the same name in the division. |
here's the thread....
page 6 of the stunty forum...there's actually some cool discussions from back then when christer did his overview....good history on the league...

How about "Elf Children". You could make one for each elf race even, based on the adult rosters.
Example: Dark Elf Children
0-2 Bully - 6/2/4/6, Dodge, Stunty GA/SP
0-2 Apprentice Witch Elf - 6/1/4/5, Dodge, Jump Up, Frenzy, Stunty A/GSP
0-2 Runner - 6/1/4/5 Dodge, Stunty, Dump Off AP/GS
0-16 Juvenile Line Elf - 5/1/4/6, Dodge, Stunty, A/GSP
(general rule: -1MA/-2ST/-2AV, slight skill tweaks)
I make no guesses as to how to cost them out. Bullies would be the blitzer equivalent, with ST2 and G access. |

I don't like the idea of kids playing. I think it also breaks at least one of Shadow's rules for team creation, which is revised FFB teams. They really should be something original, and I don't think we need four of them. |

@Shadow: Sorry if I got details wrong; your link to Christer's post makes sense, my answer was from what I had read in the various threads about team creation. I did not intend to step on anyone's toes. |
