I saw these guys on the Ogre Kingdoms page and though STUNTY so I thought I'd have a go at making a stunty team for them. Here goes:
0-2 Ogre MA 5 ST 5 AG 2 AV 9
Bone Head, Mighty Blow, Thick Skull, TTM
Strength Access
120K
0-2 Gnoblar Trappers
MA 6 ST 2 AG 3 AV 6
Poisened Dagger, Stunty, Right Stuff
90K
0-16 Gnoblar
MA 5 ST 2 AG 3 AV 7
Dodge, Stunty, Right Stuff
40K
What you think? Honestly now and make it constructive
EDIT
RR= 60K sounds about right |

Looks alright, but nothing too special. My big question is: Where is the Fluff? I'm afraid I have no clue what a Gnoblar is. Maybe I'm just out of touch. Anyway, this'll Bump the thread so others will look. |

Gnoblars are coming out with the new Ogre Kingdoms army in Warhammer World. I could make the trappers a little more special.
Oh yeah Gnoblar have General Access only, and Trappers have General and Agility |

Since Gnoblar are nothing else than smaller goblins, the Ogre team seems just fine to me to use as a Gnoblar team. At least I Imagine my Goblins to be Gnoblars and not Goblins since Gnoblars are more common "property" among Ogres. |

hmm...
Its a good idea you have as well but i cant help getting the impression thats its very similar to a goblin team when they had ogres. Against regular gobs they would be better and you also get 2 daggers to boot. the -ma on the gnoblars is fair enough i guess to balance them a bit but they are very similar but i made some rosters a while back and was told they have to offer something different to the leeg in order for them to be considered! Think about what fluff/playstyles you feel are missing from stunty. Whats going to make them play a lot differently than goblins? For example snots are related to goblins but they have 3 trolls, spore flingers and PUMP WAGONS! along with 4 1 3 5 with mutations!
Sorry for raining on your parade, its an idea with promise. just needs some more work on team restructuring! |

But the gobbos no longer get Ogres... in fact, I don't think there is a stunty team with Ogres anymore.
This might be a good way at getting them back in, though the Gnoblars need work... I dunno what though.

Ok so lets try Gnobblars with something more like
0-16 MA 5 ST 2 AG 2 AV 7
Dodge Stunty Right Stuff and Sprint
40k
Then Change the Trappers to
0-3 MA 6 ST 2 AG3 AV 6
Stunty Right Stuff Poisened Dagger
90k
And throw in Gnoblar Carriers
0-5 MA 6 ST1 AG3 AV6
Dodge Stunty Right Stuff and Guard
Any better?
EDIT still with the ogres in there |

I have no idea what u meant by that, if you ment how much for the Carriers say around 40k, maybe that means the normal Gnoblar should be 50k I dunno what do you think? |

Look Rework the team
Totally.
How about trappers having diving tackle, stunty, right stuff and shadowing 6,2,3,7 60,000K Lets get 4 of them.
Then the Gnoblars need to be a little different from most of the dudes around.
5,1,3,7 Right stuff, Guard, Side step, Stunty 40,000K
Gnoblar Magician (2)
5,1,3,7 Right Stuff, Side Step, Stunty, Bomb 70,000K
Gnoblar Barberian (3)
5,2,3,6 Stunty, Dauntless, Jump up, Side Step, Throw Team Mate 90,000K
(the Barberians Take magical medicines which give them the strength of treemen.)
Rerolls 50,000K
Ok Now lets make a good team really weird! |

Ok I Like the trappers having DT and Shadowing, sounds fair enough for them.
ST 1 With Guard is Too Sykre Slavish So Keep Em Strength 2 Keep the side step and put the price back up to 50k
3 Dauntless players? Thats excessive, and also something thats been done before.
Gnoblar are supposed to be very much cowards. If you live with Ogres I guess you have to be.
So lets try:
0-16 Gnoblar
MA 5 ST 2 AG 3 AV 7
Right Stuff, Side Step, Stunty 50k
0-4 Gnoblar Trappers
MA 5 ST 3 AG 3 AV 6
Stunty, Right Stuff, Dodge, Claw, Shadowing
80k
Still with ogres in there that sound ok? |
