Some use normal blood bowl or warhammer minis, some crafts/modifier their own.
First four pics from an actual mini-tournament we had. Last three pics of minis that are being used in teams but pics are just some I took from internet. I especially like the spider riders (in the back in Forest Goblings pic).
We have quite a few more teams too but I don't have pics of them.
