ps. I sent around a PM earlier and the way PMs get encoded to get sent made the channel name look a little funny.
To get into the channel, open up your chat client of choice and type:
Code: | /join #fumbbl_academy |
The PM put an extra slash in there and also in the link to the group page. Sorry about that and thanks, Shivan, for pointing it out.. |

Any chance of getting this listed under the "Getting Started" Section of the help guide??
Also, how about getting a teamspeak server started up for the academy? It is easier to give help verbally than typing.
I would be glad to help out anyway I can of course |

Hear that sound? It's sort of a strange, bumping noise...
We've got a good bunch of guys hanging out in the channel around the clock and everyone is welcome to stop on in and ask your questions or try to get a game in. Our "n00b regulars" (such as MithrilPoint and BadMrMojo) have been getting too good. We demand fresh meat!
Seriously, the goal is to simply help people brush up on their games so that they can enjoy FUMBBL to the fullest. Stop on by to either lend a hand or get some help... or both. |

We need a FUMBBL_GraduateSchool for mid-level players. |

We can get Buskopanz, Deathgerbil, Morbid death, and Paul Hicks to sit in the Graduate School. They'll teach a very important lesson, one I thin everyone will learnt eh first time around. heheh
Thankfully, I learned through watch others....which is why I still think it's funny. |

Just thought I'd declare here that I'm available for Academy stuff whenever I'm online (most likely around 10-02 EET (server time +1)) I only have a fresh delf team at the moment for the Academy, but I might be moving one of my R teams to U and adding them to the Academy as well for games with those of the academy that have more developed teams. |

So, have I mentioned lately that we have some mighty fine coaches on call 24 hours a day?
Stop on by. No question is too foolish. Everyone is welcome so long as they've come to learn and/or teach. Operators are standing by.
Oops. Wrong commercial. |
