My Flesh Golum has rolled an 11 on his first skill roll. Do I take the +AG or something else? I looked on the skills help page but it didn't mention about increasing attributes.
I am new to Necros and this is my first Flesh Golum to skill up so I thought I would put it to you guys.
Suggestions? |

I would recommend Block.
Golems are, imho, the last type of player in your team you want to play ball with. |

Turn it down. He is too slow to carry.
I mean, it's useful somehow. You can use him to dodge and you can do carry the ball. But seriously, especially on a rookie team it's a lot of bloat. 40 TV extra and you really need Block and not +AG. I'd just take +ST imo because MA5 just isn't all that great.
+AG maybe if it's not the first skill.. and really big 'maybe' there |

I definitely want block on him but wasn't sure whether to wait until next skill roll (assuming he gets there) and not waste the +AG. I agree about the ball playing thought. Golem's wouldn't be my first choice either. |

I hate turning down stats, but even I would have doubts about that one. You have two choices, basically: take Block, then Guard and MB, make a normal Flolem. That's the dull but effective path. Alternatively take the AG, hope for another AG and a double for Dodge, and make a funny, but very overpriced, unique player. |

Lol. Cheers for advice. Given my lack of ability at this game, I think the Block/Guard?MB route makes much more sense.
Thanks for advice everyone. |

Usually not his job. However, there are exceptions. |

The correct skill path is +AG, +AG, Dodge, Pass, Kick off Return |

Break tackle could come in handy, rather than +ag. But after block. You could always use him for the odd touchback drive or a surprise cage break. |

Break Tackle provides better dodging ability, and he is way to slow to be a ball handler (you have MA 6 Wights, MA 7 Ghouls, and MA 8 Werewolves for scoring). Flesh Golems are custom designed to be road blocks. Agility doesn't assist there, block does.
Go Block, guard, and THEN consider break tackle. |
