Hi all,
I have a little problem. I tried to get a game started but this is what happens. (I've been trying to get it to work with the help of 'alve' from the irc-chat but he also can't fix it)
Game type: NetServer
Host: fumbbl.com
Port: 8081
Proxy: Baldrox
Team 1: http://fumbbl.com/teams/Cragbad+Bonkers.html
Then I press Host Game and gert the following IOExeption
http://fumbbl.com/teams/Cragbad+Bonkers.html
java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect
Any of you have an idea on what this could be? |

And yes, I read the readme file and did everything it states.
I can host when I load a team that is on my computer, but the second I try to load the url from my team on the web, it states an error.
This is what I get when loading a local team-file:
fumbbl.com/62.20.247.17
Server trying connection...
Socket[addr=fumbbl.com/62.20.247.17,port=8081,localport=1260]
Connected as server to game 'proxy baldrox'.
Waiting for client. |

Ok, a solution has been found. Now I download the team first. This way I can play because it's loaded from a local folder

Do you have a Proxy?
If so, have you read:
32. Getting roster download to work through an Internet Proxy
In the readme file?
I had a problem after I edited the options.nfo file and put in the proxy info.
After starting the BloodBowl client the options.nfo file would revert to standard. The Proxy info would be deleted for some reason.
Solved that by write protecting the options.nfo file. |
