I told everyone the Bedouin were getting frustrated from sitting around and waiting out forfeits, because everyone was ducking them. The Raiders found out the hard way.
Apologies to poor PainsState, the dice were not kind at all. TGs went down like they were paper-mache replicas. Meanwhile, everything went right for the Bedouin, we didn't even use a first half RR. |

After coming off a close OT win against the Sun Temple Pilots, the Bedouin came into Rasetra looking to take a more convincing win over the Reavers.
The home town Reavers elected to receive, but a fine kick by Liit Steppah saw the ball land at the scrimmage line and sidelines, away from the offset scrum on the LoS. The Bedouin took full advantage, securing the ball after some scuffling, scoring to go up 1-0. They held off the Reavers for the rest of the half, but were losing the numbers game as a blind ref allowed the Reavers to foul away. Finally the ref banned their player, took the bribe and still sent them off. Then the Bedouin laid out two more Reavers to get things just about level for the second half.
The Bedouin were able to receive and score again, then hold off the Reavers for a shutout.
The only drawback was the Bedouin losing Tuhk, one of their foulers, and a MNG saw for the last game of the season.
The win, and the Dune Raiders' victory over the Pilots, ensured the Ka-Sabar Bedouin top spot in the KFC regular season for the first time. They are looking forward to the playoff bye.
Current playoff race assessment to follow later. |

Just looking at the standings in both conferences it is going to be a really tight race coming down the stretch, really tight. |

Have the coaches that brazenly dropped out of the KPL managed to slip through Rah-ma's net and avoid Settra's wrath? Rumblings amongst the masses are that Settra might be going soft... |

Ok, here is the rules recap for the playoffs:
Post Season
The post season will be determined this way.
The top team in each of the 8 divisions, 4 in each conference will advance to the KPL playoffs. There will be 2 wild card teams that will get in. The top 2 non division winner teams will enter into the post season and form up a 6 team Knock Out tournament. The top 2 teams in each conference will get a BYE in this seeded post season Tournament.
The playoff bracket will be seeded this way. The #1, #4 and #6 will compose the top bracket. The #2, #3, #5 seeded team will compose the bottom bracket.
The winners of the NFC and KFC post season Tournament will meet in the coveted KPL Championship match. This will be the only time you will need to arrange a "cross" pond match with your opponent.
mathematically eliminated from the playoffs
x - can make the playoffs
y - clinched a playoff berth
z - clinched division title
KFC Conference
North
x - Sun Temple Pilots (Khemri)
x - Quatar Heretics (Khemri)
Mahrak Vaticans (Khemri)
East
Lahmia Sabers (Vamp)
z - Rasetra Epicurean Club (Vamp)
Quatar Kickin' Bones (Vamp)
South
x (wild card) - Lybaras Wolves (necro)
x (wild card) - Ka Sabar Conquerors (undead)
z - Ka-Sabar Bedouin (undead) (Clinched KFC top spot)
West
Lybaras Sand Pounders (Khemri)
x - Raestra Reavers (Khemri)
x - Bhagar Dune Raiders (Khemri)
Ok, the easy one first, KFC East. By being the only Vampire team able to endure the heat of the torturous Khemri sun, the Rasetra Epicurean Club earn a playoff spot, but come in with the lowest points, so no bye for them.
The KFC South is decided, with the Ka-Sabar Bedouin taking the top spot of the KFC. They have a game in hand to play, but cannot be caught now. This is where it starts to get really crazy... There are 6 (SIX!) teams all with 12 points, fighting for only 4 playoff spots. Two of them are from the KFC South, and are fighting for a wild card berth. The Conquerors have a slight edge on the Wolves with two games remaining, versus one, and the Conquerors are guaranteed 2 points against the absentee Mahrak Vatican.
KFC North and West each have two teams on 12 points. One from each is guaranteed a spot for winning their division, but who will it be?
In the North, the STPilots seem to have the edge, with two games to play, versus the Heretics single match. They also have a big advantage for +/- if there is a tie. The Heretics need a win and two Sun Temple Pilot losses.
The KFC East sees the Reavers challenging the Dune Raiders for the top spot. Both have two game sin hand, and the final game of the season sees them facing off against each other! Their match in week 11 may well be the game of the season, this is the division that is the most up in the air.
NFC to follow...
NFC Conference

Zandri Scurvy Dogs (necro)
Khemri Khrunchers (Khemri)
East
Lahmia Impalers (vamp)
Beremas Bone Shakers (Khemri)
Numas' Elven Kings (Khemri)
South
Mahrak Lich-Priests (Khemri)
Zandri Lumpers (Khemri)
Mahrak Assasins (Khemri)
West
Numas Nummaulites (Khemri)

A far as I can tell in the NFC the top 2 have booked their place in the play-offs but the race is still on between top 3 for the winning the conference outright. Still a few teams that can get 2nd place and I think also everyone can still qualify apart from the Hatebringers so still all to play for with 3 rounds left! Whatball's official KPL analysis may be more accurate though |

But I like the codes and exciting red fonts! To be fair things will probably be clearer after the next round is done so maybe we can have a WhatBall round up after that |

Div winner (4)
vs.
Wild Card (5)

Div winner (3)
vs.
