I know, I know... nothing spectacular here. In fact very ordinary.
Im asking anyway though, as this happens fairly frequently for most Norse coaches.
A DP gets 3rd skill
1: DP
2: Fend
3: Now what? (already have a kicker)
I don't want to retire him/it, so what's the best (normal) skill choice you think? |

My initial thought was pass block. One pass block inhibits other teams (or should do). However it doesn't look like you'll be facing much throwing in the next season and a half so.....
Possibly sure hands. If not, tackle. |

I posted a similar thread about a human lino with Wrestle and DP: Tackle won the poll handily, so that's what I'd say. |

That's an opinion.
But opinions on value doesn't really matter this time, because - like I said - retiring is not an option anyway. |

usually tackle or dauntless depending on who you mostly play against and what other skills your team has. |

Pro. For those end-turn dodges aimed at only the sweetest fouls, and now never waste a team RR on them again. Also helps with whatever other miscellaneous tasks she/it might get up to, like pouncing on a loose ball, taking a handoff, or trying to knock someone over on occasion.
Pro, a reasonable skill for the player who always moves last. |

Personally I love the wrestle combo with a DP so he can get up and foul the dude he wrestled next turn. But in my brain of brains, I know this is what smart people would call "sub-optimal". It's not sub-funtastic, though. |

Demote him from chief fouler and make another one. Choose a general skill that the team needs, and save the DP for after new primary fouler has been sent off, or for the vindictive T16. |

all good advice. you've got all the main bases taken care of Balle2000, so any skill is good at this point while Knut takes on the primary fouling duty. This guy is now a back up fouler.
considering your next opponent are pro elves, I'd take shadowing. |
