Is she arriving in kit form or pre-assembled?
(presuming you mean a birth, congrats. And wish the father well)
Still open to people joining us in York?
Also on race choice, or race build?
Pretty certain one of us will coach Dwarves (Malmir or me)
Likely someone takes Woodies.
Humans are being mulled.
Lizzards are an option.
Can CD work at 1100? I'd love to coach CD.
Norse?
Do we need a DE team? |

As I tend to go for the ‘sillier’ builds, how would people feel about a twin saw Pact team? Another idea I’m toying with is a Chaos team with a claw/jugs mino. I like unexpected things |

Not sure about CDs, I think Dark Elves and Lizards are certainly among the strongest rosters after Woodies and Undead in the 1100 TV resurrection formats, depending a bit on the skills available. |

Good luck. I wish I was back in old Yorkshire to join in. York has many fantastic, medieval pubs if you get the time and don't mind a headache.
If you don't win the tournament for FUMBBL you should all be crowd surfed. If you win you can be the toast of the BB section of the interweb. |

Here's a team I'm considering. Posting here for feedback
Chaos Pact
Troll
Ogre
DElf
Goblin
Orc
Skaven
5x Marauders
Helmut Wolf
Ulgroth Bolgrot
2x Re-Rolls..... leaves me with 40k to spend + skills.
Starting skills:
Dodge on Elf (+ Block after game 3)
Leader on 1 marauder
Mix of Block and Guard for other 3 and later skill picks, plus maybe a tackle or wrestle on the rat. Also tempted by horns on the goblin, cos I love horny goblins. |

2 things:
We still need help, we're all very new to tabletop gaming, so opinions on team builds very much wanted.
And still time to join in? come to york, have a blast. Travel with us under the FUMBBL banner and bring word of good internet BB to the masses. |

@mister__joshua:
If going for pact I would be pretty tempted to maximize the strength options (eg, take the mino, and double down with jugger on it). Other feedback: 2 saws is a fun idea, but it's also really risky. Let's say they win the kick, you put 1 saw out. They stall you out and do 1 cas. Then you have to put the second saw on the pitch for T8 and you get nothing in the second half - and will also be down players. This is not ideal IMO. If committed to the saw the saw route having some extra players would go a long way toward making it viable. It's a tricky thing for pact with those expensive RR and big guys to buy. Good luck!
I think if I were looking at which rosters stand out in this build, the T2 teams with that 50K coming in the second phase allow for stacking skills that the T1 teams just can't do unless they put all their eggs into that basket.
What about something like this for Elven Union:
2 blitzers
1 catchers
1 thrower
7 linos
2 RR
1 amazing, incredible, Eldril
for 1110
Leaving 90K for skills
thrower gets leader
Blitzer gets dodge
Catcher gets wrestle
Final skill could be a double or a stack (MB or guard on a blitzer? Or tackle on the dodge blitzer? Or tackle on the wrestle catcher?)
Then you get another normal and whichever wasn't chosen in the double/stack in Phase 2.
Other skill thoughts aside from more dodge in no particular order:
*kick
*frenzy? Working the sideline with SS blitzers is mighty tempting.
*strip?
Team FUMBBL likely has more experience playing with Eldril, they know how awesome he can be and how to best use him. I think this roster of 12 total elves is pretty solid, and also likely somewhat different than what a regular TT crew would bring. Anyway, good luck! |

Cheers Grue
I said the same about tier 2 being where it’s at, and especially the 2 elf teams. I don’t often play elves though so not sure this would be the best place to start. I’d considered a setup with a couple of blodging blitzers, wrestle catchers and a kicker to start with |
