I get confused about the benefits of taking + agility when it takes the player to 5 or 6. So I have made myself a list & would appreciate help checking what I have is correct & whether I have missed anything.
The benefits of agility 5 or 6 compared to agility 4 are:
Makes QP easier if in TZ, & makes SP LP & LB easier.
Makes catching, dodging & picking up the ball easier if in TZ.
Makes catching a bouncing ball kick off or missed pass easier.
Makes Interception easier.
Makes leap easier.
Makes landing from throw team mate easier
The benefits of agility 6 only
Makes catching a bouncing ball kick off or missed pass in a TZ easier as well.
Makes Hypnotic Gaze easier if in TZ.
Has no benefit on:
A Fumble as a modified roll of 1 is also a fail.
Thanks in advance.
Edited for feedback. |

Hi Cyrus-Havoc
I think that what you wrote is correct.
For me the main benefits of AG6 vs AG5 is dodging in multiples TZ (and/or with diving tackle, prehensile tail), or picking the ball in multiple TZ.
A less useful benefits is catching a ball in multiple TZ, but it's still useful. |

Thanks, yes it's the TZ thing I usually think of but there are a lot more benefits than I had realised. |

As i had a ag6 GR for some games... I miss him in many situations... take it and you will feel what you have on it! |

Another benefit, spesific to vampires (outside of Secret League at least) is that it lets you more reliably Gaze in tackle zones, which can be very useful. |

had a wood elf catcher with 6ag once. Also had leap and sure hands. If the ball hit the ground anywhere, it was now mine. |

Here's a passing reference chart I made that may help with the passing aspect. The key takeaway for your list might be that AG6 does not actually yield any benefits for passing over AG5.

Thanks for the chart that helps.
However as agility 6 needs only has to achieve a modified 1 to succeed should that not mean he can overcome 2 TZ at QP & 1 TZ at SP while agility 5 needs 2+ so can only overcome 1 TZ? |

This is basically a case of diminishing returns. AG5 is magic. AG6 is just a liiittle more magic. |
