I thought is was just made so you could throw different types of small folks with big guy's
As for Khemri
Khemri = Yawn for the most part, dullest team on the bloodbowl rosters. I'm unbeaten against them but they are so dull to play against i tend not to bother. |

I think that is a fair argument.
I like Paul, and his games are always fun.
But even his Khemri matches are boring. It is simply impossible to have an interesting game when a Khemri are involved. They are more boring than Dwarves, for goodness sake. |

Khemri is even becoming more boring than Dwarf. And, for most teams, there is very little that can compete with 4 ST5 players on a TR100 team. Lets see, I just made a new dark elf team. In order to get a decent ff and some rerolls, I have 11 linemen. To start the game I need to put at least 3 of them on the LOS, against your ST5 mummies. Dead elves all around, time to start a new team.
No thanks, friend. |

There's also "Owl" in Blood Bowl but I don't see any owls around here. Not even that many chicks. |

Or when we have to kneel down before our opponents |

There's "OD" (overdose) in BLOODBOWL, which I know I'm headed towards if not already there.
I think this message thread isn't even about an honest question. Of course you know why people are reluctant to play Khemri. It's like asking why more people don't shave with a helicopter. There does seem to be a belief expressed by a few (not necessarily expressed here in this thread) that accepting any game is somehow impressive. I'll be really frank here. There's a small handful of things that impress me about people's efforts on this site. Christer and Ski of course, the GLN, the user guides--anything that's useful for others, such as fumbbl_academy--all this is great. But playing all comers as some indication of bravery? If you think risking your virtual pets is brave then you need help. Serious help.
As for stunty, if you get turned down and check your opponent's roster I'm sure you'll find unskilled BGs or a missing BG or somesuch. Sure it's about death and dismemberment but people generally want it to go both ways. |
