Quick question on the custom ruleset client options. I am trying to allow the underdog team to spend their treasury towards inducements on top of petty cash.
I enabled "Treasury is automatically transferred to petty cash." but this did not seem to work. Enabling "Allow spending treasury on inducements if CTV is equal." did not seem to do the trick either.
I'll admit the client options are a little enigmatic so apologies if I have missed something obvious. |

IIRC that option is currently not available, sorry. |

Ah, no worries. Is it that the transfer treasury to petty cash option is not implemented or does it do something else? |

IIRC it's an option you need to make NAF style inducements work |

For resurrection tournaments, the work around is checking these settings:
X extra gold is given to each coach for purchasing inducements.
Allow spending treasury on inducements if CTV is equal.
Always use treasury for inducements (disables petty cash).
Allow overdog spending.
---
For a league, I don't think you can have it automatically do it, but the "X extra gold" function and then having a Group Manager manually subtract from treasury before/after the game is a workaround, albeit an inconvenient one. |

Either that, or simply give every team an amount of cash equal to the max possible spending of the lower tier teams.
You only need to make sure that everybody knows that's their ceiling, and as an admin you have to check the compliance of each team. That works well for our private league of friends, might be a problem with an open league though. |

Thanks all, just doing 200k extra petty cash for all teams to spend and then manually adjusting the treasury after. I believe this means I will also need to disable Prayers to Nuffle since I do not want to give each team four extra for free. |

Just attempted to implement this ruleset and it ended up giving 200k extra petty cash to the overdog only. Do you have an example ruleset where this has worked so I can copy exactly? |

Last question, I believe the Competitive division allows this spending for the underdog without using any workaround. How would I find the ruleset for Competitive? |
