Hello,
I was wondering if it was possible / if there is a broader requirement of an additional Tournament Style.
I was thinking about the e.g., soccer leagues with a Home and Away game.
The topic came into my mind when thinking about season length (in regards of tournament, but also in regards of re-drafting)
I would be interested if there is a requirement from other sides as well or how you solve the topic.
(e g., a League of 8 should play twice against each other to get to 14 games before re-draft)
And if there is a broader requirement, how it could be implemented.
Thanks and cheers,
Chris |

Are you trying to duplicate a home-field advantage or just multiple games against rivals? Like, the latter is totally a thing. Lots of NFL-themed leagues pair divisions up for round-robins, then pair up other divisions in the other conference, for a home-and-home series (no home field rules) against each rival and one game against each of 8 other teams, 14 games total. Then if you want SoS games, just make more/smaller tournaments and forfeit the matches that aren't supposed to be played (or redraw until those come up first and forfeit the first round). |
