I've posted several times in the complaint thread so I'll balance it out here.

FAQs:
Regular tweaks the game have gone a long way. While they don't always fix the biggest issues immediately, there hasn't been anything that I would say has been the "most significant issue in the game" that has been that case for long. Introduction of mega-stars to stop star/bomber bowl, removing swarming from underworld. Both great changes and gives me hope that things that are currently oppressive (I'd argue low-tv, min-maxed amazons and norse are current issues) will only be a phase in the meta.

Necromantic Horror Changes:
I was thinking about it today and I think they are the best designed team in the game.
* The wraith is great, adds a lot to the team but it also brings in drawbacks by limiting the players who competently hold the ball.
* They are one of the few teams that doesn't have a clear positional where you auto-include as many as you can. If there was one, I'd say its the wraith, but if you buy both you find yourself in a position where you are making significant compromises elsewhere. Every time I build a necro team I feel like I actually have to put some thought into it and cater things to the league/tournament.
* Start with an enjoyable variety of positionals, while leaving room and varied options for development

Passing changes:
Great that throwers have their role on the team and don't just do something that everyone else can do, but slightly better. There are still changes that need to be made to passing, but I like this.

Gnomes:
I think the team itself is somewhat controversial with animals running around on the field, but I don't think anyone was expecting this, and was so far out of left field, while still being very blood bowl.

New Skills:
Really like most of the new skills especially ones that enable new things and are not just rerolls or roll modifiers. The concept of something like safe pair of hands is great, even if some of the skills could to be tuned so that aren't just taken when they get rolled as randoms, or have more players start with them. (fumblerooskie is cool, but some players should start with it, because it will never get picked over the core skills)

Random Skills:
Rolling for skills is a thrill and I love it. I do miss some of the old random stat freaks though, so I wouldn't mind seeing an option to roll 2d6 like the days of old, perhaps on at the same cost as rolling a random secondary or something. Overall though, I've loved this and I think its a positive change, at least for the leagues I've been in, never played a perpetual no-draft league with it.

Imperial Nobility, Black Orcs, Khorne:
Imperials might be my favorite squad in the game, and Borcs are a lot of fun as well. I think they both could be tweaked to be more competitive, but not every team can sit right at the 50%, so I am fine with where they are (even though some of the Imp player costs are insulting high). Haven't played khorne a ton, but they are a welcome addition.

Stat Changes:
Like other people mentioned in this thread, 2+ is a lot more clear than 4 AG.

Prayers to Nuffle:
Some of the results could be tweaked (I've only thrown one person down the trap door ever, come on!!), but they add interesting variation to matches and none of them feel super overpowered.

Break Tackle:
I prefer the new break tackle to the old, as its a lot more relevant to most strength positionals instead of being a dead skill and really only nerfed a few players (lizards, trolls, trees).

More things, but this is already long

That's a good point about the Prayers; they might not be the most effective thing but it's nice for the Cheerleaders and Assistant Coaches do something different.
