TLDR
OSBBL (The Oceania Secret Blood Bowl League) is looking for coachers to join season 15. Season 15 will start in late August: Secret League rules, fortnightly rounds.
Played in a New Zealand Time Zone this is a fun league with fortnightly rounds. There are only 16 spots in the league and we mostly operate in the NZBBC discord server. #OSBBL on Discord

"There is... a stillness… before the season begins. Not peace… no. The kind of stillness you find in the jungle... before the jaguar strikes… or in the eyes of a treeman… right before he throws… a halfling… at a troll."

"It is Season Fifteen. Of O-S-B-B-L... The Oceanic Secret Blood Bowl League. A league not of champions... but of survivors. A league that celebrates the broken, the maimed, the deeply confused."
(a faint bell tolls — once — distantly)
"August 25th. That is when the gates will open. The players will emerge, trembling, painted in the sigils of the damned. Any Secret League team may apply as long as their team values are capped at 1.3 million gold pieces for teams new to the league and 1.8 million gold pieces for returning teams . . . a number that means nothing, and everything."
“The league is centered in the god-forsaken antipodes. The Southern Wastes and Deserted Isles. Places populated by criminals, misfits and mutants. Coaches should expect to play in fortnightly rounds at times that suit these debauched and unpredictable deviants.”
“The league fills to 16 teams each season. Split at random into two conferences. Much the same way that a toddler picks the legs off an insect at random. With an oblivious cruelty. A strange fascination. The top three teams are selected to enter the playoffs and vie for OSBBL’s greatest honour. The Wilkinson Swert. But what honour is there in a child’s game? A meaningless game of moving a ball? There is death, but to our players death matters not. The only thing truly at stake are the petulant egos of emotionally stunted manchildren.”
(whispers of ghostly cheering. A crow caws.)
“Friendships will perish… Accusations will be thrown… Players blamed… Goblins will fly, and dreams will die."
(wind blowing through a graveyard. Dice roll, unnaturally loud.)
"And so… we march onward. Into Season Fifteen. Into a carnival of broken dreams. Into the black comedy of sport… Who amongst you have the temerity, the Hubris, to face Season 14 Champions None More Block?"
(long pause)
"Play... not because you will win. But because you must. Because there is no other way to touch the ineffable grace of Nuffle."
(music fades to silence)
