It's that time gents, the debate has been rather circular or off topic since page 3.
I think the OP has a good point, however I feel misjudges slighty the lengths people will go to get an easy game. Yes, there maybe other ways to get around it, and yes things are often regimentally applied here.
However seeing what happens when some little pixies are given the opportunity, without changing some other things (which would lead us away from the official rules) the 15% rule works.
The sliding bar idea (for playing up not down of course) is a lovely idea, but would they be in conflict with the competitive play rule? |
