ROFL!
Some great picture from a funny movie.
And the dialogue is great, just brilliant. |

Let's not get too excited / go over the top here. No-one would like it more than me if we woke up in the morning to find [R] had been eaten by an unstoppable [B] monster and deleted as obsolete (am I a Nihilist too? ), but we're 3 days into a brand new toy, let's get some perspective.
I should think the most likely outcome is that [R] will gently rise back to the surface as the novelty wears off and people miss their old teams / habits. When WO prepping time dawns, we’ll see just how many will stick to [B] and forget the old ways.
I don't think you've anything to worry about, Mr. State. If the box manages to (long term) take 15% of [R] games played, then those that enjoy [R] won't notice the difference, there should be just enough in [B] to keep those coaches happy, and everyone's a winner. And w00t for that. ![Very Happy](./modules/PNphpBB2/images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif) |

I didnt mean that [R] will die... I meant that, should it die cheese wont die with it, just one aspect of it. |

I'm sorry. You were over the line, that's a foul. [...] This is not 'Nam. This is Bloodbowl. There are rules. |

What I don't get: If you want to play fair matches, why don't you ask those coaches on Gamefinder of who you know that they accept fair offers in Ranked?
BlackBox only adds one enhancement for FUMBBL: Quickmatch
Its the same like in every other game as C&C, Fifa, whatever: You can either play Quickmatch or play a fair game by selecting your opponent.
My notion is, that picking became even possible in Blackbox. Blackbox becomes therefore (with the exception of Quickmatch) redundant.

Dominik....here's to playing a 'fair' game in [B] against you, so I can ram my fist down your throat and stamp on your head, as often as the ref will allow me to do so.
(in a strictly human Vs team of your choice BB match type thingy of course) |

Is this is a challenge? Why do you challenge me in a thread which broaches the issue of system exploitations? FUMBBL provides a PM function. Or did you "challenge" me in this thread to show everyone your sportsmanslike and your "real" spirit of Blood Bowl, which you believe to possess compared to me? However, your posting makes me feel sad for you.
Ah and yes: Why do some of you get personal up to insultive almost everytime I post something? Is Dominik already such an emotive word, that you automatically jump into "flame mode"? |

ok guys....last warning....
talk smack all you want, but if you want to get into the realm of physical violence, then we need to have a discussion outside of this forum...

Blackbox division should force more balanced team builds. Ranked is filled with teams that specialize in crushing one type of opponent. You got chaos teams riddled with claws but no tackle etc. In Blackbox you can't chose your opponent, so you have to be ready for all types of teams.
So far I have played 4 matches and all have been great fun. I don't know what it is, but the spirit of all of them have been really friendly, no whining and no excessive fouling etc. I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but I hope it continues. |
