Dear Peasantville, since leaving the idyllic country side we all grew up in. We have encountered some strange things indeed: Forrests where the wood isnt chopped down for lumber and people who never eat meat, are just some of the strange things we have encountered.
This trip is mostly my fault, since i forgot to sign the team up for the mud league. Now I must take them out in the world so we can get some much needed experience. We had a game yesterday with some elven peasants, that was fun. Ive added the match report in the diary if any of y'all would be interested in that sort of thing.

Dear Peasantville
Things are not like back home. We played a Sauri team today. But it wasnt at all like we are used to. They had some weird weird Sauri on that team. Some of them were really small and slippery and oh so fast. But there was this other Sauri who was unbelievable big with a huge stupid tail. Bobbo got in some good blocks and his play is really improving.
If youre interested in seeing the match report, ive added it in this letter.

Dear Peasantville,
We went to a gold mining camp yesterday. The people working there were small like children, but they had beards and strength like men - most confusing. Some of the miners played a game of the old bloodbowl against us, but Vern accidenty killed one of their players and we had to leave the camp in a hurry. I did enjoy that mountain air though.

Dear Peasantville,
Greetings from the road. You wont believe this; but we have just met some talking goats. At first we thought they were grazing but then we realized that they tried to hide from us with the intent to ambush. After a quick discussion (and yes they smell just like goats) it was clear that they wanted our souls. Now we couldnt give them that, but we could play against them in bloodbowl. After a few plays they gave up. Talking goatmen arent that tough apparently.

A few days later, after resting in a forrest, we met some of those elves again. They are very interested in playing ball, and we are as always interested in learning. Billy-Bob accidently killed one of them, but accidents do happen.

Im trying to get travel-papers to the empire. I hope we can play some of the many professional teams there.
Ps. remember to paint my barn before summer comes. |

"We're number ONE!!! We're num-bar OOONNNNEEEE!!!!" - chanted game MVP Shroom Grower as the Deluded Dreamers hung on for an underserved tie 1-1 with Lost in Misery.
Shroom Grower got the MVP for his ratty thinking in sending some of his worst crop as a pregame gift to the rats of Lost in Misery. The effects varied from turn to turn as Lost in Misery oscilated from gentle pushing fog heads to brutal hard hitting sewer rats as they knocked dreamer after dreamer out of the game.
The game was a close one! See http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&op=view&id=321276 for the low down! |
