can anyone think of any reason why an error message would come up when reloading a crashed game from the file?
it happened once and we started a new game, only for the second game to continue a little further then crash and display the same refusal to reload.
any advice, much appreciated : ) |

happened to me today as well:
'error loading save file *.inc/.dat'
i originally hosted the game--the screen on my laptop finally gave out, so I switched to the ladyfriend's desktop. my opponent(now the generous host) made numerous attempts at loading the save files, but to no avail.
restart
no further errors

yeah.. we had the same message. damn shame if we're going to have to restart for a third time though : ( |
