To post an image just use type: (img)http:/blablabla(/img) replace the round brackets with square ones and to get the picture link just right click properties.

Hard to say, needs a lot of tidying up. I do agree with werthor though.

Cleanijng up, the main thing that you can do to improve it at the moment is to be neater with th brush. I see that the staff has bits of white on it etc..... something else you might want to consider is to paint a layer of light grey over the black undercoat before applying the white.
