Start getting Guard as first skill on long beards instead of MB. So mjuch better for the team.
Don't turn your runners in throwers, but instead use them as blitzers. Give them block tackle strip ball. Skills like pass block and pro are bad.
Besides that, I hate you for rolling so much +St. Laughing

No! Keep picking +ST on your first skill roll! So much better for the team.
