There are a lot of great skill choices for him. Dodge, guard and tentacles stick out for me, although jump up could be nice too.
But I think that tentacles is the way to go, this guy (erm, wyrm) is too good not to hit stunties every turn and you might need your blitzes for, boring I know, ball hunting. Tentacles keep more stunties tied to you and you become an annoying road block. Personally I'd fear a blocking tentacle S5 monster a lot more than one I can quite easily dodge away from.
Dodge is good though if you expect to get hit a lot, or if you use the wyrm for tactical blitzes.
Guard is always nice to have. |

I have to agree with everyone voting Tents. 5ST Blocker with tents is scary. |
