Quick Question: What size screen is needed to get the whole FFB experience? I heard of people not being able to see chat and stuff. I'm shopping for a new device (2n1) and don't want to cheat myself. |

I think the resolution is the issue.
You should be ok with anything really, unless it's like a $100 tablet or something. |

OP: I believe you need 800 pixels of height, or a machine that allows you to scroll the desktop e.g. i used to play on a 600 pixel 10.1 inch netbook with a virtual screen size of 1200x800, meaning i could scroll up and down to see the whole game screen, including chat. Obviously it'd be nicer not having to scroll at all though.
If you do go for a 768 or 800 pixel screen, make sure you move or hide the taskbar before you launch the fumbbl app otherwise it will cut it off. |

Right on, just got some cheap 2n1 today (didn't realize you could buy them so cheap). $200, when I thought I was going to be spending 4+. Not too of the line by all means but really I just got it for Fumbbl, and it does that just fine, I will have to see if touch screen is viable for playing, but if not it came with a keyboard so no big deal. It's going to be great for speccing matches, rather than lugging around a cumbersome 15"+ laptop around. |

"Lugging Around" as in around the house, outside and the likes. |

When my notebook was new, the battery would last 6 hours. I've played games outside, in the bed, in the car, or about anywhere I could get Wi-Fi. Now my phone is a mobile hotspot, so the possibilities are limitless.
But in years past, I did do the whole 19" $2000 laptop. Now I go for convenience. I am looking forward to the time when I can play on my iPhone. I have a Bluetooth keyboard for it. |
