What in the world do I do withthis guy? He just got his second skill, and his second double, but he's only on the team to begin with because I haven't been able to replace him before. (Slann linemen go down too often for me to keep a niggle, even if I might want to.)
I don't think my economy supports firing him yet, so I have to make use of him somehow, but how? Take the double or skip it? Plan to keep him, or give him Wrestle and stick him on the line so he doesn't steal any more SPP?
I'm kind of lost. |

Take dodge, and if he sees a 3rd double, side-step
Finish him with block, fend, maybe pro
Slann suffer for a lack of guard, and dodge will help keep him alive. Considering Slann mobility, this will help give you a mobile assist that will be more difficult to take down |

Fire him.
A 16spp lineman with a niggle? Why would you ever keep that? |

Like I said, because I couldn't afford to replace him for a long time. With 90k in the treasury and just three positionals, I'm not even sure I can now. He's definitely better than a loner. |

No, he's not better, he's more fragile.
Having an expensive and fragile fodder player is bad. |

Damn. Too late.
But really he should be fired. Fast. |

Dakka's right that a niggled Lineman is worse than a Loner. But that's not what you have. You have a niggled Lineman with 2 doubles.
I'd keep him. Dodge makes fragile Slann players much better. And you need the Guard, especially Leaping Guard. Let the dice decide his fate. |

33% of his leaps will fail...
This isn't some AV9 lineman who will never dodge (or leap). |
