Hey all

I am looking to organise a one day ressurection format tournament. My idea was to have coaches enter teams from the NAF Practice League, where they can set skills and rosters.

See https://fumbbl.com/p/group?op=view&group=11851

That was the idea. But i am wondering can I set up a tournament in my current league (which has default settings) or do I need to make an entire new group?

In tournament settings thete is an option for non progrees. Would this interact correctly with the NAF teams?

Also i assume the Swiss format would be the most appropriate?

Any advice wouod be appreciated.

Ideally I would like

- 3-4 games
- No play-offs, once you are finished you are finished
- No injuries are sustained

If anyone can say, let me know how I can set this up within our current league, which is set to default.

What would be the benefit of using your existing group?

Creating a new group sounds the best all round. Even if it would work, having different kinds of teams in a group sounds like a mess.

Felt it would be easier setting up the tournament in our already established league than starting from scratch.

In that case, what format generally works best for ress on FUMBBL? Swiss?
