Currently, there's an "S" under Ranked on my team page.
I can't do anything such as buy a new player and was wondering what this "S" means. |

Hello, "S" means you have to assign a skill to a player or more, in your case the Chaos Dwarf 3 has to pick a skill.
Bonus advice (not related to your question but useful): I suggest to fire the niggled players (they have an "n" in their skill description box) and drop at least 1 team rr.
Roster efficiency helps to win. |

There is some very questionable advice in that web site. 3 rrs is more than enough for dwarves |

4 rerolls is a lot for a team with a lot of block to start with. that 70K will be skills for the opponent, and probably better value for him / her than that 4th rr is for you. Although it would be more pressing in the Black Box, where your team is matched based on TV. I assume in Ranked you have more control over that so it might be more forgiving. But 4 rerolls do allow you to play very loose, so if that's your preference then go for it! |

I checked this page regarding Chaos Dwarf Black Box top coaches:
https://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=coaches&order=&d=10&r=43
I think you should trust top 1 Box Chaos Dwarf coach more than bbtactics.
@Joost: his team is a Box team, not a Ranked one.
anyway, 4 rrs are too many unless you play in a Major.
As an aside, the Minotaur is not efficient, but if you want to field him, well, it's your team.
Just, be aware of it.
It's not mandatory to play only efficient teams, of course. |

4 Rerolls when you're over 2000 TV because you simply won't have that many 'oopsies' but you may have some good 'opportunities' to put the screws to the other guy with one of your Claw-MB dudes. |

I'm rusty so, yeah, my game would likely be "loose" alright.
My rookie Chaos Dwarf team has been monstered in my last few games in Black Box.
Some bad dice rolls put many of my guys on the ground and the pows and injuries just kept coming, snowball effect. |

If you want to decrease injuries, start replacing your niggled players.
The Hobgoblin with Accurate could have taken Leader, to have a cheaper rr at 30 TV.
40 TV saved that way. |
